Return Policy

I want you to love your purchase! If you need to request a return or exchange, please email me directly at PoliceKidsCo@gmail.com and include your order number to get started. All return requests must be submitted, approved, and received within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags still attached. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Items returned in used condition or without prior approval may not be accepted.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected.

• Processing may take several business days after the return is delivered.

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards

• Sale section or clearance items

• Mystery items and bundles
